Another New Year's Eve tradition that started the first year we were married! I have also made this for a couple's night out (I quadrupled it) and I didn't come home with a drop of it! It is so yummy!
2 ripe avocados, mashed
1 can diced green chiles
1 medium tomato, peeled
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon fruit fresh
Combine all ingredients and serve with chips.
Made this way it is a really chunky sauce! On accident the last two times I have made it I forgot to mash the avocados before adding and ended up blending it to make more of fine sauce!
