Black and White Truffles

I also made this delightful truffles for Christmas! With Valentine's coming up, they just might be scrumptious too!

1 pound Oreos
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
36 ounces white chocolate, almond bark
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil

Line 2 cookies sheets with waxed paper. Smash cookies until consistency of crumbs. Stir crumbs and cream cheese until well blended and mixture is like dough consistency. Chop 8 ounces of chocolate. Add to dough. Roll dough into ball-like; place on cookie sheets. Freeze for 30 mintues. Melt chocolate until smooth. Remove half balls from freezer. Coat balls. Let stand and dry. Melt chocolate chips and oil in bag. Drizzle over truffles. Chill 30 to 45 minutes until chocolate sets. Store in refrigerator.
