Caramel Popcorn

So I know I am a little behind, but this is a New Year's Eve tradition! We make caramel popcorn! That is so yummy!

1/2 cup butter
1 cup corn syrup
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 gallons popcorn, about 1 1/4 cup unpopped kernels

In heavy saucepan, combined butter, corn syrup and brown sugar. Bring to boil and continue cooking at boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add milk. Stirring vigorously until smooth. Pour over popcorn. Stir gently to coat. Shape into balls or other shapes.
