I love using this over bread with lemon pudding and lemon cake. I have also substituted with raspberry... it is also great!
1 - 12 oz tub Cool Whip
1 large box Lemon Jell-o
1 can Wilderness Lemon Pie Filling
Dissolve jell-o with 2 cups boiling water. Then add 1 1/2 c cold water. Chill until just set. ( don't worry if you forget it) When set whip jell-o with the Pie Filling (can use electric mixer); then fold in Cool Whip. Return to fridge to finish setting.
