This recipe came from my mother-in-law. The first thing my husband and I purchased when we married was our own barbecue... which I use almost as much as my oven!
4 potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons onion, diced
Salt and pepper
Peel and cut up potato about every inch. Smother in butter, onion and salt and pepper. Roll in foil. Cook on grill for half hour occasionally turning.
Add your own variations with other spices like oregano, parsley, or thyme!
