I recently had a lunch playdate with a friend... and she made these incredible yummy bars! Of course, I had to have the recipe!
First, blend together 1 cup margarine, ½ cup powdered sugar and 2 cups flour. Pat into 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 F. In the meantime, blend 2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 4 eggs slightly beaten and 6 tablespoons lemon juice. Blend well. Spread on top of baked mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
Thanks Andrea! They are so yummy!
