Taco Salad

1 lb. ground beef  
5-6 stalks celery cubed 
2-3 tomatoes                                     
1 can kidney beans 
1 can of diced green chilies                      
Western brand dressing     
1-2 heads of lettuce torn                
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese 
1 bag tortilla chips crushed 

Cook ground beef and set aside to cool. Add all ingredients and mix.
 *Additional add-ins include banana peppers, sour cream, olives, and chopped onion.
