Chocolate What?!?

1 cup flour  
1/2 cup margarine 
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar 
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) 
8 oz cream cheese (soft) 
1 cup powdered sugar 
18 oz Cool Whip, divided
1 large package of instant pudding 
2 2/3 cup milk

Crust: Mix and press in pan first 4 ingredients. Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
First Layer: Mix and spread on crust next 3 ingredients.
Second Layer: Spread next 2 ingredients on first layer. 
Third Layer: Top with 9 oz carton of Cool Whip and refrigerate.
