Better Than About Anything Cake

This is my husband's favorite cake -- which I made for his birthday last week.... and it was absolutely yummy!

1 devil's food cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 jar caramel topping
3 Skor bars, broken into bits
1 carton whipping cream

Prepare cake according to package directions. After cake has been removed from the oven, poke holes all over with the back of a wooden spoon. Spread sweetened condensed milk and caramel all over cake while it is still hot. When cake has cooled, spread whipping cream over the top; then sprinkle with candy bar.
