Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Enchilada Sauce
  • 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 1 lb. Browned Hamburger
  • 1 med. Chopped Onion (yellow)
  • Shredded Cheese (desired amount)
  • Corn or Flour Tortillas
Directions:
Mix tomato and enchilada sauce together. Cut up tortillas to triangle size, dip in sauce mixture. Layer tortillas in greased baking dish. Top layer of tortillas with hamburger, onions, and cheese. Layer with tortillas again, repeat process until about 1/4 inch from the top of the baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce over entire casserole. Top with cheese. Bake for 60 minutes at 300 degrees.
Variation: Add corn and black beans to hamburger.
